Yvonne Chia finds her niche creating pieces that balance femininity and strength, tenderness and vigor. Her grandfather gave her the name ‘WoonHung,’ traditionally a boy’s name, because it captured his hope that she would grow up one day and find the balance between a woman’s femininity and a man’s strength.
