1.Is it safe to purchase from your site?
Absolutely! We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. The security of your personal & payment information is our highest priority. We protect this information by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet applicable law. When we use other companies to provide services or goods for us or you, we require them to protect the confidentiality of personal information they receive. We use GoDaddy’s Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to encrypt and protect the data you send to us over the internet. An SSL certificate is a digital certificate that authenticates the identity of a Web site to visiting browsers and encrypts information for the server via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. A certificate serves as an electronic “passport” that establishes an online entity’s credentials when doing business on the Web. When you send confidential information to our Web server, your browser will access our server’s digital certificate and establish a secure connection. In addition, all credit card transactions on the Site will be processed using Authorize.net's secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details when it is sent to our Chase Paymentech, our payment processor, for verification. This ensures that your information is kept private while in transit between your web browser, our web server and our merchant bank (Chase).

2.How can I check the status of my order, track my shipment and make changes to my order?
All orders received before 3PM EST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will begin to be processed that day. Orders will ship within 24 hours pending credit verification. Orders placed after 3PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or customs fees.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive two emails from us, one with your order number and one with your tracking number. Simply click the link on the email to check the status of your order. Given our quick turnaround time, there is a very small window in which you may make changes to your order. Please call us at 888-662-5583 for the fastest service. Please make sure the shipping information you provide is correct, as we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

3.What is your shipping policy?
We use UPS for all domestic and international orders.
For domestic orders, we offer the following UPS solutions with delivery guarantees by UPS.
Next Business Day Air - Next day by 10:30am
2-Day – 2nd business day by end of day
3-Day – 3rd business day by end of day
Ground – 1 to 5 business days

For international orders, we offer the following UPS international shipping solutions, with
delivery guarantees by UPS.
Worldwide Expedited – 2 to 5 business days by end of day
Worldwide Saver – 1 to 3 business days by end of day

Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, unless the shipping address is in the Middle
East. Texas state taxes will be added to orders shipping to an address in Texas. For shipments
to international customers, recipients are responsible for any customs fees or duties assessed to
the order upon arrival.

4.What is your return policy?
SATISFACTION - This is our guarantee to you.
We want you to adore your purchases from us. We want you to be excited about looking good
and doing good, with your support towards the Global Fund for Children. We especially want
the stories that you share about your purchase and your experience to be positive.
Therefore, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an
exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that the item(s) is returned within 15
calendar days from receipt of your order. Please ensure that returned items are unused,
returned in original packaging and have all tags still attached. We will not accept returns that
are without our custom Les Amis jewelry bag, damaged, or altered. We are happy to offer a
credit card refund excluding the cost of shipping for our US customers.

Returns Process:
a. Please call us at 888-662-5583 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and fill in the bottom portion of the invoice mailed to you in your shipment. Please be sure to pack the items carefully in the same packaging received to ensure no breakage.
b. Please contact UPS or FedEx to ship the package back to us at your cost. We will not accept any returns without a RA number or a tracking number.
At this time, we regret that we cannot reimburse our international customers
for the cost of shipping and any import duties levied by your country of
residence. If your item was purchased with a gift certificate, we will email
you a new gift certificate with the corresponding value.

5.What is your exchange policy?
For exchanges on shipments that arrive damaged or defective upon receipt, please call us within
5 calendar days from receipt of your order at 888-662-5583. Given the uniqueness of each
piece, we apologize if we do not have the exact style/size to send to you. We will cover the cost
of return shipping on all exchange pieces due to damage or defect.

Exchange Process:
a.Call us at 888-662-5583 to request an Exchange Authorization (EA) number. We will process the EA and email a prepaid UPS return shipping label to you. Please be sure to pack the items carefully in the same packaging received to ensure no breakage.
b. Please drop off the package at your nearest UPS location (www.ups.com). We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.

6.What kind of packaging is used?
All our jewelry will be shipped to you carefully packaged in our signature custom jewelry bags,
wrapped carefully with recycled black kraft paper, tied with a ribbon and sealed with
our Les Amis sticker. The package will be well padded with bubble wrap to keep the jewelry
secure.

7.Can I purchase a gift certificate?
We believe our jewelry and our cause make for a thoughtful gift. We offer gift certificates from
$25-$500. If you are shopping with a gift certificate, you will be asked for the gift certificate
number during checkout. Your total will be updated before we charge your credit card.

Les Amis is committed to using environmentally friendly resources and processes in our business and in our lives. We have chosen to keep our carbon footprint low with our minimal yet secure packaging and marketing materials. To this end, Les Amis is constantly seeking ways to reduce the footprint we leave upon the earth and improve the well-being of all of its inhabitants. We have limited our distribution of paper materials in our office and to our customers and when we do purchase paper products, we make a conscious effort to purchase recycled materials for our event postcards, tags, shipping supplies and packaging materials. We truly believe that you can live well and be good at the same time. It’s about the choices we make. It’s about being informed. We hope to make those decisions and choices a little more convenient for you.
